At Beth & Rose London, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process.

1. Processing Time (Dispatch)

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

2. Delivery Time

After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 1 to 10 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays, customs procedures, or periods of high demand.

3. Shipping Method & Origin

To reduce waste and minimise CO₂ emissions, we ship directly from our trusted supplier in China. Depending on your destination country, customs duties or import charges may apply.

Our shipping partners include Royal Mail.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order weight, and selected shipping method.

5. Tracking Your Order

Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the tracking link provided in the dispatch email.

Please keep an eye on your tracking updates to see whether your parcel will be delivered to your home address or redirected to a local collection point. If required, it is the customer's responsibility to collect the parcel.

If your delivery is delayed or you experience any shipping issues, please contact us first at info@bethandrose.com before initiating a chargeback or refund request.

6. Responsibility During Shipping

Once the tracking information confirms that your parcel has been delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly when placing your order. Any address changes or corrections must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting info@bethandrose.com.
